1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Aurexa World FZCO services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Aurexa World FZCO provides:

• Custom Software Development
• Digital Marketing Services
• Website Design & Development
• Real Estate Technology Solutions
• Mobile App Development
• AI & Machine Learning Solutions
• Blockchain & Crypto Development

3. User Obligations

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Use services lawfully
• Not engage in unauthorized access
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Maintain confidentiality of account credentials

4. Payment Terms

• Prices quoted are in AED unless specified
• Payment terms: 50% upfront, 50% upon completion (standard)
• Late payments may incur interest charges
• Refund policy applies as per service agreement

5. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, designs, and materials are property of Aurexa World FZCO unless otherwise stated. Upon full payment, clients receive rights to deliverables as per agreement.

6. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of client information. Both parties agree not to disclose proprietary information without consent.

7. Project Timeline

Timelines are estimates. Delays caused by client feedback or third-party dependencies are not our responsibility.

8. Warranty & Support

• 30-90 day warranty on deliverables (varies by service)
• Bug fixes included during warranty period
• Ongoing support available separately

9. Limitation of Liability

Aurexa World FZCO is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate with written notice. Payments for work completed are non-refundable.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by UAE laws. Disputes will be resolved in Dubai courts.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
